Charlotte
Charlotte is the Quality Assessor for CGS.
She currently runs her own coaching business, offering both executive and personal coaching. She also undertakes independent Human Resources and organisational development assignments, either as consultant or executive, in the UK and SE Asia.
Charlotte's career has encompassed all aspects of HR and organisational development. After an initial period in the public sector, she enjoyed at first hand the exciting period of privatisation of the electricity industry and helped drive the rapid changes in culture that were required in the new commercial world. With extensive experience in leadership development and change management, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments and restructurings, she is fully aware of the critical relationship between individual and organisational potential and the importance of realising mutual benefits.
Her last corporate position was as HR Director for an international energy business. On leaving she became a client of Rod's before he founded CGS.
Charlotte is a certified coach and Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), as well as a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a Trustee of ReCOM, a charity tackling the causes of digital exclusion in the UK
