Privacy statement

CGS complies with the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.  It may hold data on prospective, current and past clients.  For all other than current clients, this will include as a maximum email addresses, telephone numbers and possibly CVs.  We delete all but these data after two years (a number of clients tend to reappear within that time, so it is useful to retain files for that long).  We use these data only for the purpose of contacting you to introduce other clients or alumni or simply to be in touch. 

We never send marketing messages and do no processing, let alone on a large scale, of the data we hold.We are too small to be required to appoint a Data Protection Officer.
